Spotless hotel in a nice building close enough to a mall surrounded by restaurants and excellent restaurants and cinema. Really helpful staff throughout. Huge and big room, amazing bathroom. Beautiful views, marvellous location in the nearby area.

The room was huge and large with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a writing desk and ironing facilities.

The hotel was fantastic for our family. We enjoyed the stay, especially the location near great restaurants. Plus, we took the teens to a baseball game of Los Aguilas, a highlight for the whole gang.

My wife says that the floors could be cleaner.

We had a great stay, especially enjoying the delicious breakfast and spacious room with comfy beds. The only downside was the thin walls, which made it a bit noisy at times. Overall, a solid choice for families!

The floors could use a thorough cleaning!!! The absence of a fridge or microwave is a pain, especially in the heat. Noise from the A/C and neighbors was bothersome for a light sleeper like me!!!

I was frustrated . First, we were given the wrong room and had to return to the front desk twice just to get it sorted out. On top of that, my key card didn't work again, forcing me to go down to the lobby late at night. This whole experience was a huge inconvenience that ruined my trip.

The location of holiday inn express is perfect! You can walk to tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was super attentive, helping us feel welcomed. I loved the fitness room with plenty of equipment to keep up with my workout routine.

Great location! It's super close to Plaza San Pedro, which is awesome. Also, the airport is just an 18-minute drive away, so really convenient! 🛫
